Fehlermeldungen bei Erstellung eines Projekts

Hallo, mein Studio 2014 funktioniert nicht mehr. Beim Anlegen eines Projekts folgende Warnungen: 1. Die Ermittlung des Dateityps ist fehlgeschlagen...
2. Die Datei wurde mit einer von microsoft word nicht unterstützen Datei erstellt und wurde daher nicht verarbeitet (die Meldung kommt auch bei Dokumenten, mit denen ich zuvor bereits erfolgreich ein Projekt erstellt habe; ich kann überhaupt keine Projekte mehr erstellen, die Dokumente sind ganz normale word-Dokumente neueste Version) 3. Dieses Dokument ist nicht bilingual, weil die Formatvorlage "tw4winMark" nicht enthalten ist. Was ist da los? Ich bitte verzweifelt um Hilfe und danke im Voraus

    Oder noch einfacher: in Word die besagte Vorlage "tw4winMark" entfernen.

    Und künftig nutzen Sie bitte Englisch in diesem Forum. Es gibt zwar einige Menschen, die hier Deutsch verstehen, die Forumssprache ist aber allgemein Englisch :)

    Thank you very much for your answer and sorry for using german. As my Studio is in german it was difficult to translate the error messages into english. And I am in a hurry, because i need to work with Studio today. I tried all those measures from the suggested article and ticked the boxes. But the problem still exists. And as I said with all word documents even those from which I already generated projects. I never had this problem and suddenly nothing works!!?? Is there another suggestion to solve the problem? Thank you very much in advance. Desperatly Joane

    So please REMOVE the style from Word.
    I understand you being in hurry and no problem in using German, as I wrote in the future English is better.

    Open the file in Word, press ALT+F8. Chose "Organisieren ..." on the right. When you're in the "Organisieren" screen, chose the tab "Formatvorlagen" on the left, select the problematic style and delete it.

    As for ticking the boxes: I suppose you went to Datei -> Optionen. This has no influence on an already created project. To have influence on that particular project, you have to go to Project Settings. To insert the same file again, switch to the source side of the project in Files View, remove the file first and then add it again. If you want to change any settings including file type settings, do so BEFORE adding the file.
