Hi Omar,
This can happen for various reasons. Can you try the following?
1) Open the file in Trados and press F8 to run the QA verifier.
Make sure to correct all tag errors that are picked up and try to save target again.
2) If step 1 does not work, please post the entire error message with stack trace
and if possible post the problem sdlxliff file itself and let us know what type of file it is.
