Dear Studio 2015 developers (or fellow users),

I just finished a big editing project and would like to know if there is a way to enable the translation layout button when a file is open for review.

I like to use the same layout in the translation mode (with resources displayed on top), since resources displayed in the bottom often cover the important progress information.  Unfortunately, the layout button is active in translation mode but not in review mode.

I don't see the reason why this layout should be made unavailable in the review mode.  Is there a way to enable it?
