Error message when opening Studio

I saved the error message as instructed in the "help"section. Where do I email the error message to?

I am in the US. I have a PDF file that was saved as docx to translate and can't view the target language.

  • Please post the wording of the error message here.
    However, when PDF was the source, the culprit will lay here. Are you able to save the source document? When the translated file is open, go to File -> Advanced save and use Save source as. If that works, open the file in Word. Press CTRL+A and CTRL+SHIFT+F9. Save the file and process again with the TM you used for the previous file.
    If you have Studio 2015, use the Word 2007-2016 filetype instead of Word 2007-2013.
