From yesterday when I try to add a new term SDL Trados freezes and only can be closed through task manager. After restarting the computer it was fine for the first term but after the seond term it happened again,. When I close SDL tardos 2015 (I use windows 10) and re-open it again it takes ages now to start, could you please help me, thank you.

It sounds as though you may be having issues with AntiVirus software, or something like this, which is preventing the smooth operation of write operations to your disk from Studio. It might be worth looking at this article perhaps?
