Preview error message

I am working with a Word document version 2016, saved as DOCX and I have Studios2015. When trying to view the translation and click on "Preview" I get an error message that "Real Time preview is not supported by the Microsoft Word version you are running". I thought Studio 2015 works with Word 2016. Please let me know if there is a way to fix this.  Thanks.

If you have Office 2016 installed on your PC and want to use the real-time preview, you need to use the new Word filetype labelled "Microsoft Word 2007-2016". This filetype is not yet enabled by default, it will be starting with the next update (SR2, coming up very soon).

You should however be able to use the "normal" Word preview.

If you want to use the "real-time preview", you need to either uncheck the "Word 2007-2013" filetype or move the "Word 2007-2016" filetype up, so that it precedes the "Word 2007-2013" in the list of filetypes, see here:

You cannot change this in the current project, so you will need to create a new project (or use "Translate Single File") after you have made this change, so that the source file gets converted using the new filter.

I think the best in your situation is to use the normal preview for this project and make the change I mentioned in "Files - Options" (or in your project templates) later, so that you can use the real-time preview for your future projects.
