Shutting down Studio

Question

Hello, 
 Is it better to exit out of STUDIO at the end of the day or can it be opened permanently?

I think it's better to shut down all applications at the end of the day, not just Studio. Many programs can have small memory leaks and if you leave them running performance eventually suffers. I don't shut down windows a lot I just hibernate the machine, maybe once a week... ish, but the applications I run are all closed at the end of every day. 
 
That would be my take anyway...
