Error message with pub2xml application - access is denied

Question

Hello, 
 I am having an issue with a publisher file I am attempting to convert to xml via the pub2xml app from SDL. The error message reads: 
 
 Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) 
 
 Other files are converting just fine. I appreciate any explanations on what is causing this error and how to correct the problem. Thanks.

 The developer looked at this today and the solution for the time being is fairly simple. Just uncheck the option to "Export images" in the settings: 
 
 I tested it and it works just fine:
