MultiTerm term changed update

Question

Hello, 
 I changed a the target concept of a term in MultiTerm in the middle of my translation project. Would Studio2015 apply this change automatically to the already translated target document and replace the term with the updated version I just updated in MultiTerm?

Unfortunately Studio does not do this. I guess this would be a difficult task because the term may appear in many different sentences. 
 
The best workaround I see is to use the "Display Filter" to display all segments that contain this term and then do a global search + replace on these segments.
