Saving target as

So I took a pdf file to translate directly with SDL and after I finished I wanted to save the target as docx, and I am getting this error. I ran the verification with F8 but nothing came up.

Any ideeas?

    Notice how the error message says "Missing Tag in segment 108". If you go to line 108 in your file,
    check that all the tags in the source column also appear in the target column.

    Also, "Tag Verification" is referring to a check Trados runs to verify there are no missing tags.
    In the editor, press F8 to run it and you should see a list appear telling you if there are missing tags or not.

    The reason you cannot save the target is because of these missing tags. In your case, there is a missing <shapref> tag that you need to add to the target side to be able to save to target.
