I have a recurring problem with packages and I can't seem to find a solution.

When I open the file(s) there's the progress 'bar'/view at the bottom of the screen to the right. The not translated/draft/translated all are at 0.00% and they stay that way. When I do view/confirmation statistics, in the percentages all is 0% with a total of 100%. For count also the total is the total, otherwise all is 0... how do I correct this? It must be something local, because when I send my package to another user to check, they can see the statistics just fine. On other packages things seem OK. So far I haven't found any issues (standard installaton, reset to defaults and such)

I have checked other topics here and I have 'reset' my Trados (rename the 12.0.0.0 folder and run the program) as well as running batch tasks for analyzing files/word count and so on, nothing seems to help.

Edit: it doesn't seem it's just my local machine, because when I install Trados on another machine and start it there for the first time with this package, all counts are zero as well ... As stated: I've sent back the partially finished file to my client and they opened it and can see the percentages just fine...
