My friend has the same error message this morning. She installed SDL Trados Studio 2015 SR-2 yesterday too. And trying to find out what to do.

I tried to paste the error message screen shot here. But I failed.

I received the screen shot of the error message, but cannot paste it in here. What should I do?

I cannot send the error message screen shot. So I type in what it reads. It starts like this:
