Problems in editor (documents closing and random errors) after installing SDL Trados Studio 2015 SR2

Question

Ever since I installed SDL Trados Studio 2015 SR, whenever I open a document for translation, I get an error message saying there's been a communication or connection error (my software is in French). Then, if I open a second document, the error message "Failed to connect to the application server. Please contact your system administrator." appears, and the document closes in the editor, which makes it impossible for me to work. There does not seem to be anything wrong with the server as I'm the only freelancer experiencing this problem. Also, I sometimes get seemingly random error messages ("Index was outside the bounds of the array", for example). What is going on?

Hi Julie, 
 Can you go into your File -> Setup -> Servers and see if you have any entries in there. If you do, delete them and try again.

 Can you save the error stack and post it here? If you save it to your desktop and zip it you should be able to attach the zip to this post by replying with the rich formatting option checked ( see this article if you don't know how to do that).
