CAN'T OPEN IDML with the trail version of trados 2015

Question

I've an IDML file; I've tried to open with Trados 2014 but it doesn't work, also trying to change the option PROCESS UNSUPPORTED FILE VERSION. So I tought do download the trial version of TRADOS 2015 and try to open the document but it sys: UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION WHEN GETTING VIEW PART OF INSTANCE OF VIEW PART. How is it possible? This is the last version. Probably I have some problems with file?

The problem is not the file as I had no problems with this when you sent it to me. So we need to work on the errors you are seeing. You may have to do a Studio reset and it might help. Please rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0 
 
Then try again.
