problem with a document

I tried to open some word files and a problem occurred. How can I fix this?

I guess the fix was related to ticking the appropriate box in the filetype settings related to the tw4winstyle or removing the style from the source files? Just wanted to leave this post with an answer in case anyone else comes across it.
