By default when you double click a word in Trados (say to delete it), Trados grabs the proceeding space as well. How do I change this? If I delete the word, I then have to re-add the space, or shift click+drag to unselect the space, every single time.

Can you explain in what situation you have to re-add the space?
For example, in the below screenshot, if it did not grab the proceeding space, I would end up with 2 spaces in a row:

One thing I'd like to point out though, is this behavior is the same with Microsoft Word,
although some people complain about that too :).
