I already experienced problems opening the package sent by my client. Source document is a pptx.
I've tried to rename the source file in another directory and pretranslate it, but I keep getting the same message.
Any other ideas?
I've been experiencing this issue with packages with source pptx files for a while and never managed to find a solution.

Have you tried the solutions in this article? It sounds as though your package may be corrupted, possibly from an anti-virus solution:
