Inserting a hyperlink tag in Trados 2015.

Question

Hi, 
 I am currently translating a French document into English. The French document lists a link as it is without creating a hyperlink: 
 
 I would like to turn this link into a hyperlink for the words "this artcile" in the target segment, but I can't figure out how to insert a hyperlink tag. Is this even possible in Trados 2015?

 There is no function in the Editor to insert a hyperlink into a target segment if there is no hyperlink present in the source segment. 
 You'll need to add it in the target document by opening it in Word.
