Error when receiving a Word File after external review. The Update from Bilingual Review does not work

Parents
  • Happens really often, if anyone changes more than the target column. And there NO changes to the red codes may be applied.
    Workaround:
    Save the revised document.
In Studio export the file for external review once again. This will overwrite the old one and generate a fresh one, which will be importable.
Now open BOTH the newly generated export file AND the revised file in Word.
In the revised file remove the first line of the table.
Now in the revised file copy the target column.
Paste the target column by clicking in the target cell directly below the table header.
Save this file and import it. This should now work, if there are NO structural changes in the target column and the codes haven't been modified.

Please remember, that you MAY NOT change ANYTHING in the source part of the exported file. Not even the language!
