Unable to open packages

Question

I&rsquo;m just starting to use Studio 2015, and while I can work on a single file I&rsquo;m unable to open packages. 
 I&rsquo;m only able to get to the window &ldquo;Review package contents&rdquo;. 
 After that everything is frozen, except the &ldquo;Browse&rdquo; button (which has a white exclamation point in a red circle next to it, which may or may not blink). 
 When I click on &ldquo;Browse&rdquo; the window where I&rsquo;m supposed to select a folder does open, but as soon as I try to move the cursor to that window it disappears. 
 And that&rsquo;s all I can do. For anything else Studio is frozen.

Hi Walter, 
 
I discovered what the problem was, and it has to with the fact that I run Windows on Parallels (on a Mac). 
For some reason the "Select Folder" window gets minimized out of view. It took talking with an SDL technician to finally discover the problem. I managed to find a workaround.

Ren&eacute; You need to enter a valid path into the "Project Folder" field, this is the path to the folder where you want to store the project on your PC. You can use the "Browse" button to navigate to it. Also check that the option "Append project name to project folder" is checked, otherwise you will need to type the name of the folder yourself. Once the path is valid (it ,must be a new empty folder!), the "Next" or "Finish" button will become active and you can click it. Walter
