In Studio 2015 I do not find a possibility to adjust the font size which is shown in the editor to be bigger, and also I would like to have shown the font in Arial and not in Times New Roman. Can someone tell me if and how this is to be made?

It's the same as all the other versions. The long way to change the size is to change it here in File -> Options -> Editor -> Font Adaptation:
But you need to go here anyway to set the specific font you wish to use.
The fast way is to use the controls on the ribbon, but this is only for size:
You'll find this over on the right when you are in the View ribbon.
