When I try to open Studio 2015, I get a grey box with the error message
An unexpected error has occurred while loading the global plug-in services.
When I close that box, I get another error box stating
Could not find the resource appropriate for the specified culture (or the neutral culture on disk).

Sdl.LCStudioIntegration.Common.plugin.resources
I can't get in to the program at all. I've installed CU4 but that hasn't helped and I'm at a loss now.
I would be really grateful for any help you may be able to offer.
