When I click on the Source Language window it only shows Spanish with all the variations. No English, no any other language.

I go to the home page.

I clicked on Translate Single Document

I upload my document to translate

A window opens to ask which Source Language I want and which Target Language.

For some weird reason, when I click on the Source Language window it only shows Spanish with all the variations.  No English, no any other language.

When I click Target Language, it also only gives me Spanish with all the variations of Spanish.  No other option for language.

I am sure this has to do with some settings.  I just can't find where do I make the changes and how.

  • Hi Mytyl,

I meant what type of file not which language ;-)  Just wondered if the source language might have been set by the type of file you opened.  But it sounds as though  had the solution!  Please make sure that when you do this you do not select more than one variation of Spanish as you only need to pick one in order to get them all.  If you only need one language pair, say Spanish and English, then maybe pick Spanish, English, French, German and Japanese (unless you have a good reason for something else) and then you'll be able to work more easily with the training materials as these often contain resource files in these languages.

    Regards

    Paul
