License issue with Trados Studio 2015

Hi, 
 
 We're having serious license problem with Trados Studio 2015. 
 I have activated the license key on March, 30th. But from one week ago when I open the program I get this screen:

remaining that we have only 9 days, while we have bought the license without expiration date.

We need your help with this issue.

What you need to do is de-activate your license. 
Go to oos.sdl.com/.../default.asp 
Select Licenses 
and you will see your permanent licenses there. 
Activate one of the available licenses there. 
 
As some background - when you place an order the system automatically gives you a temporary license so that you can start working with Studio straight away. As soon as SDL receive payment the permanent licenses are put into your account. This means you need to de-activate the temporary license and replace it with the permanent one.
