Hard-drive crash and license deactivation

Hi, I've seen this subject before, but I don't know what else to do. I purchased my Trados Freelance Studio 2015 update (I had the Freelance Studio 2009) by the end of September 2015. Everything was working perfectly until my hard drive crashed this week. There was no way to start my PC to return/deactivate my license and I've been trying to do so offline, but I simply can't. I'm starting to freak out because clients don't wait and I still can't find a solution. I tried to send a message to the SDL office in Chile, but I don't know if that's the right way to do it.

Any idea on how I could get help?
