When I generate a word version of the target doc from Studio several pages of source language segments are in my target even though the segments in Studio are confirmed in the target language.

Hi Anna,
Try finding the segment in Studio where this problem starts, then copy the source to the target starting with the segment before the problem and ending with the segment after the problem. So for example. If the problem starts at segment #100 then copy source to target for segments #99, #100 and #101. Then save the target file again. If this doesn't work then try again but this time make sure you select a larger group, perhaps covering a full paragraph.
Sometimes there are hidden controls in the file which seem to affect Studio this way and by copying a selection of segments that include the affected one you should capture the hidden controls as well.
Once you're done just copy paste the translations into the target document.
