Cannot select a package folder: neither the path field nor the Browse button is shown

Question

When attempting to open a package, I cannot select a package folder, the Open Package screen is shown as follows (this is the Japanese version): 
 
 The package folder path and the Browse button should appear in the red part shown above, but obviously they don't. 
 I wonder how I could fix it.

Hi Naoki, 
 
I would say you have already opened this package before and it's still in your project list. If you remove the project from your projects view then this location field will become available. 
 
If this is the case then why are you opening it again? You should be careful here because you might overwrite an existing set of project files.
