Hi Michel,
in addition to the reply already posted by Paul, just remember that, after having processed the Adobe InDesign *idml file using SDL Studio, you must have Adobe InDesign CS6 installed in your PC if you want to see and deliver a final translated *.indd file.
Otherwise, you can send to the client the processed *.idml file and they will be able to open it in InDesign.
Moreover, in case you have InDesign CS6 installed in your PC, you will be able to generate the editable *idml file by yourself.
