How to differentiate a translated segment from a reviewed segment in the Translation Memory?

Question

We are 1 translator and 1 reviewer working with the same TM. What is the best way to differentiate the segments that have been translated only from the segments that have been reviewed? Should I apply a penalty to all segments coming from the translator? Is it possible? Or should I create 1 Review TM and 1 Translation TM so that we would each have our own TM and the translator would work in the Translation TM and open the Review TM as reference only?

How are you sharing the TM? In some ways creating two as you suggested is a good way to handle this. Simple and easy, especially if you are sharing over something like dropbox for example where working this way also resolves headaches of locked TMs, and possibly corrupted TMs. 
 
But if you are using GroupShare for example then the method explained by Jerzy is definitely better.
