SDL 2015 font characters bugs

Hi, I'm using  the latest SDL Trados Studio 2015 version and I edit from French to Turkish. So my translator friend, who uses version 2014, sent me this document for editing and then I imported to my sdl programme. But the font characters corrupted and got incomprehensible. Please let me help how can I solve this problem. Thank you! Note: I took a screenshot in SDL for exemple.

    You are showing all the formatting. In such cases, when the font used in the original source is not present in your system, Windows will substitute it by a font available, without even informing the user. This may cause such behavior. On top of this, your document looks like a very bad PDF conversion. So if it is a converted PDF, please remove all unnecessary formatting prior to translating in Studio. And save as DOCX instead of DOC.
    To solve the problem with corrupted font display go to File -> Options -> Editor and select "show all tags but do not show formatting". The program will then display all the text in Arial. The font size is set in "Font Adaptation" part of the Editor settings - the font size used for display will correspond to the minimum font size set there.
