Dear Studio 2015 SR2 users,
I have a client who sends wsxz packages for translation. In the past, I was able to open the packages in Studio. Today, they sent another file in wsxz format (just the wsxz file, not the package). When I used open single file for translation in Studio, I received an error message saying the file format is not supported.
Is there a fix for this issue? I tried to look under File Types but couldn't see any file type for this file format.

Hi Chunyi,
A .wsxz file is a package so the feature used to open it is 'Open Package'.
'Open Package' is accessible via File > Open > Open package. Or via the Home ribbon on the Projects view.
Click 'Open package'.
The first page of the Open Package wizard appears.
Select SDL Worldserver Packages (*.wsxz) from the menu that drops down over the 'Open' button (bottom right):
Then browse to your .wsxz file (package) and you should be able to open it.
