Hi there,
my file has locked segments (I don't know why they're locked) that I cannot unlock because the button is greyed out. Any ideas what I can do? It won't let me import the retrofit due to this. Any advice welcome! Thanks, Dani

Are the locked segments 100% matches?
If so, there is a setting to pre-translate files named Lock 100% matches (there is also a Lock context matches checkbox). Have you got any these checkboxes checked? On the other hand, if you have received a package, probably it was created with any of these settings.
I don't know why you're unable to unlock them…
I guess the keyboard shorcut CTRL+L doesn't work either, right?

All the best,
Ali
To change the Language: select the View ribbon, click on User Interface language, and then select English.
You can find the Lock 100% matches and Lock context matches following any of these routes:
Project settings > Language Pairs > Pre-Translate Files
File > Options > Language Pairs > Pre-Translate Files
If you created yourself the package, you could've changed this settings when you Prepared the file, in the Batch Processing step of the wizard, then Pre-translate Files:
