I have been trying to use 2 Word documents (1 in English and 1 in Chinese) for Alignment ("Align Single File Pair"). When I try to add one of the Chinese server-based TMs, the error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" will pop up. I asked my teammates to try as well but it did not work for them either. So I have to ask my manager who holds a SDL Tados manager license to create a Chinese alignment.
Interestingly, everything work out great when I select any Spanish server-based TMs. Both Chinese and Spanish TMs were set up around the same time and setting should most likely be the same.
Can someone please help?
