Studio 2015 (with the latest update) does not recognize some footnotes

The latest Studio 2015 version (with the latest update) installed in my desktop computer does not recognize some footnotes (only 30 out of 150). So I had to resort to an unupdated installation of Studio 2015 in my laptop (which did recognize all footnotes) to solve this mess. Please solve this problem!

  • I may be wrong, but I think what he means is that he expects to see tags for footnotes 1-6 and there are only 2 footnote tags total. Like you, I see the text for all five footnotes extracted for translation, but since he says he only sees two and there are only two footnote tags in the screenshot (segments 3 and 12), I believe that's what he means.

When he says: " I only see two footnotes marks (fn) ... Till "we asume" one should see sixt footnotes marks.", I think he's referring to the actual inline tags for which he sees the text FN inside the tags. And since there are six footnotes, he expects to see six tags as well.
  • I tested the sample file provided and it looks like it's an issue with the new Word filetype. Processing it with the old filetype shows all footnote tags correctly.

  • Nora is right (thank you). I am talking about the footnote tags, and you can see these in rows 3 and 12.

Paul. I see your point and thank you for your effort. But the thing is that, so to speak and for whatever reason ,at the end the real footnotes are the footnote tags. The tags (footnotes numbers) links the sentence with the footnote text. You see the footnote text in Studio, and you can translate it, but without the footnote tag the footnote text will be missing when you save it as a Word document.

To see these more clearly with a practical example, please do next thing: "translate" the document (just copy source to target and confirm the text as translation) and then "save target as" a Word document. The result will be for you, as well as for me, that in the Word document you will only have two footnotes left. And that's what happened with my translation (more tan one hundred footnotes missing). In the unupdated laptop versión of Studio 2015 all the footnotes were recognised with the corresponding footnote tags.

I hope you can see the problem now.
