Combining 2 sdlxliff files

Question

Hi, can you advise the best way to combine 2 sdlxliff files with the same source but each one is partly translated, so that I can have 1 completed sdlxliff file with all segments translated. Thanks

The easiest is to create a project with one of the SDLXLIFF files (call it document A), assign a temporary TM to your project (in addition to your main TM), import the other SDLXLIFF file (in this case document B) into this temporary TM, then run a pretranslate on document A. This will fill in the target for the segments coming from the translated document B, so that you end up having all segments translated in your current file (A), which you can then review and save as target.

Same way... just select sdlxliff instead of tmx.
