How to use SDL in automated language translation mode? 
 
 I want to convert language pair in an automated manner. I mean as a command line or so. Please update whether it is possible to do so.

Yes it is possible. You can use the API with C#, or use a powershell script. But both of these mean you need the Professional Version of Studio because they use the Project automation API. Maybe start here to learn more:
