I assume you indeed have set all the option, but nonetheless please check these:
If all your settings match those (I do not mean numbers, but just options), maybe you need to reset your Studio by renaming this folder C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio to something like _SDL Trados Studio and then also resetting your profile via File -> Setup -> Manage user profiles.
