Microsoft Word 2007-2016 missing footnote

Question

I tried a word file with footnote with Studio 2015's Microsoft Word 2007-2016 filetype, and some footnotes are missing in the generated target. 
 I pasted a sample here for your investigation, thank you.

This problem has already been reported and is currently under thorough investigation.

AFAIK, the problem mainly (or only) occurs with Word documents that have been created in Word 2016 (or Word 2010). 
 
A workaround consists in opening the document in Word 2013 and resaving it under a different name. 
 
According to SDL, the issue is fixed, but did not make it into CU6 (released today). It should however be part of the next CU (7).
