Embedded headers and footers are processed by TRADOS 2015 but Word cannot open the clean file once saved as....
Once Word source file is inspected and headers and footers removed, I can process the file without any difficulty with TRADOS and Word. Of course i am loosing some content.
I encountered this issue in many occasions with the 2015 version. Never happened with 2014.
ISSUE SOLVED
Actually, I caught the clue. The customer source file containing macros needed to be converted and saved with a "docm" extension to be processed by TRADOS.
