Unable to import some packages

Question

Dear colleagues, 
 I sometimes experience a problem with my Trados Studio 2015 Version. Packages will not be imported and the finish button is greyed out. Sometimes I have been able to solve this by importing an old project and then import the package. However, now it seems the program will not import the package at all. 
 Any help with htis problem would be immensely appreciated.

There is probably insufficient information here for anyone to give you a reasoned answer to your problem. Perhaps, if you can reliably reproduce this then let me know and we can take a look at it together over Skype?
