License server isuse: NoNetworkConnection -310

Hello!

After having tried the solution from the KB article Paul provided provided in another thread (producthelp.sdl.com/.../5347.html) to no avail, I decided to post our issue here:

"Cannot connect to the license server. Please check that you have entered the correct license server name and have network access.
Error Details: The license server is not responding. Please check your network connection.
(Support reference: NoNetworkConnection -310)"

 

Bizarrely, it only concerns the desktop computers in our office in Slovakia, but not the ones in Brussels (where the license server is physically located). We get the error message for Studio 2011, but not for Trados 2007.

If you have any other suggestion, we'd be very grateful for any hint.
