"Access to the path 'C:\Users\\Documents\My Music' is denied"

Question

Recently I have a lot of users reporting that they cannot open Studio packages. Attempts to open them result in "Access to the patch 'C:\Users\<user>\Documents\My Music' is denied". There is no such directory as far as I can tell and I did turn on "Show hidden files". I see no way of changing the path that Studio is pointing to. It is also odd since I have at least 4 users reporting the same error. Where is this path stored and how do I reset it? I tried a Repair installation but that did not help.

OK, I spoke to support and they asked that I do the following. By doing so Studio is basically reset (lose any customization you may have) and the problem is resolved. 
 
You can rename these folders to reset that path: 
 
 C:\Users\[User_Name]\AppData\Local\SDL 
 C:\Users\[User_Name]\AppData\Roaming\SDL

Trados Studio > 1. Trados Studio
