Studio 2015 SR2: Does anyone else have trouble with the preview function freezing Trados? When we select this function Trados just freezes and has to be closed down. We work mainly with .docx files Word 2010. Cannot find same problem in any forums. Any tips are welcome. Thanks!

You mentioned that you mainly work with Word documents but have you experienced the same behavior with other file formats? Can you try to open and preview a simple .txt file and see if the results are similar.
If you are experiencing the same problem even with the text file, try to apply this solution: (go to)
- C:\Users\[User_Name]\AppData\Local\SDL: rename the SDL Trados Studio and ProjectApi folder
- C:\Users\[User_Name]\AppData\Roaming\SDL: rename the SDL Trados Studio and ProjectApi folder
- C:\Users\[User_Name]\Documents\Studio 2015: rename the Studio 2015 folder to Studio 2015_Old
