Termbase does not show new customer in the tick-list

Question

I have added a new customer in the project settings and the termbase. Yet this customer does not show up in the tick-list of the termbase, ie I cannot assign the newly-added terms to this particular customer. Any help appreciated. Thank you. Uli

Did you add the customer as a value to a pick list field you have defined in your termbase? Did you do this in MultiTerm Desktop? 
You can't change the entry definition from within Studio, this needs to be done in MultiTerm Desktop. You may also need to close and reopen the updated termbase in order to see the new value in the picklist.
