Hi all,

I have a question regarding placeholders. I have a big excel file with error messages/software messages for translation. In these messages there are different kinds of elements that would not need to be translated. Expamples: "@1", "@2", "AF011", "TL011", "TL011L", keys like "F1", "F2"

Additionally, there are parts in capitals that would not need a translation like in "Status WL_ORDERS".

These are some examples:

Abbruch (F7)

Feld001Inhalt

Feld002Inhalt

Fehlende Angabe @1 in @2

SY110: Prozess-Status

SY110L: Prozess-Status

I would like to know if it is possible to reduce the words for translation by excluding these elements. Would it be possible to convert these elements to placeholders? Maybe then they would be "translated" automatically if they are in a segment on their own. But how can I do that? Or is there another possibility?
