general massive catastrophic system failure

Question

Hi, 
 I just bought the upgrade to Studio 15 from Studio 11. I installed it, installed the update and opened the example files uploaded in the Projects page. As soon as I opened the first one, I got this error message. I checked your previous answers, but I have the SP1 installed in Windows 7 and I obviously have the newest Trads version possible. 
 
 Could you please tell me what to do?

Hi Marta, 
 
The last time I saw this it was resolved with a Windows 7 update. Please make sure you have installed SP1 for Windows 7.

ok - my bad... I didn't read your post properly where you said you have this! Can you make sure you also have Multiterm installed with the latest version and if it still doesn't work I think you should contact support using this link:
