Issue opening a Word file

Question

Hi, I am having issue with a Word file that SDL does not want to accept. It gives me the following message. Can someone help me understand what I'm doing wrong?

Unfortunately there is no message visible here. Please post the wording. If the wording says something about tw4win.mark, open the file in Word, press ALT+F8, chose the Organizer on the right side, go there, chose the "Styles" tab and delete this style there. Save the file, it will now open with no problem.
