After translating a *.doc file I cannot save target as. I get a message box with "Enumeration already finished"

Question

I have received a job from a regular client in Word 2007 format (doc). The job consists of many files and the fist file that I have translated will not save target as and also I can't get a preview, which has never happened with this client before. For both actions I get a message box with" Enumeration already finished. This is new on me, does anyone have a suggestion? 
 I am using Studio 2015 SP2 and with the latest update from this morning (12.2.514.6) on Windows 7 64 bit.

Thanks for the answer, the KB solved the problem and I can now save the target. Unfortunately it has raised a different problem in that when I now try to confirm a segment I get a message box with "Exception has been thrown by the target of the invocation"

I ran into the same problem with both Studio 2011 and 2015. The culprit was a hidden bookmark in the Word 2013 file.
