Hi Michael,

Are these terms in existing TUs or new TUs? If they are in existing TUs then either open the TM you are using in your project in the TM Maintenance View, search for the TUs and just type in what you need. Or, concordance the TM in your project from the editor view and you can then right-click and edit the TUs that appear in the concordance results window.
If they are completely new TUs then you have to cheat a little as the maintenance mode won't allow you to add TUs. So I'd do one of three things:
Which one I'd use depends on how many of these bilingual terms I have to add.

Well, are these a doc source and an excel target? Or are they bilingual doc and bilingual excel files? I think a little more information here would be helpful. Either way it's not hard, but would be best to know which scenario before explaining.

Hello Michael,
As I said, you CANNOT add new lines to the TM like this, so you need to use one of the workarounds I suggested or a variant of them.
On converting bilingual documents, what are your bilingual files? Can I see one. I doubt very much you would need to use Xbench or Heartsome for this.
Email me one to pfilkin@sdl.com , or even a small sample of one.

Hello Michael,
Thanks for sending me the sample file. I created a quick video to explain how to do this:
I also answered your question on the reverse TM in the same video.
