TXT file to import into an sdlxtm

Is it possible to import a txt file into an sdlxtm file for Studio 2015?

If you mean a Workbench export, so yes, you can use the upgrade procedure to create a new TM out a TXT file and then export that one to TMX to add to a desired TM. 
A direct import of TXT export into a SDLTM ist however not possible.
